Description

Qualifications: Bachelor in Civil Engineering preferably with emphasis in Geotechnical Competencies required: Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy, ability to stay updated on the best standards and qualifications related to the field, ability to deal with employees at all levels, ability to share knowledge, manage work pressure and meet deadlines, have good mathematical/statistical skills, good analytical and reasoning skills, proficiency in English and Arabic, French is a plus Experience: 0-2 years experience in a related field Summary of functions and responsibilities: • Examining and testing soil samples through field and laboratory studies • Providing recommendations regarding foundation design, slope angles, grading, building heights or any other geotechnical related matter • Meeting with inspectors, engineers, contractors, and/or developers to determine corrective action required according to followed specifications and standards
